Cancellation Policy

Registration & Payment: Pre-registration is required for all workshops. Walk-ins are not guaranteed and are subject to availability. Ages & Participation: Workshops are designed for specific age groups. Please ensure your child meets the age requirement listed for each workshop. Children must be able to participate safely and follow simple instructions. Some workshops may require parent participation or supervision, which will be noted in the event description. Food & Drinks: Snacks or drinks will be provided only if stated in the workshop description. Please inform us of any allergies at the time of registration. Photography & Media: Stay ’n Play may take photos or videos during workshops for promotional purposes. Please notify staff if you do not wish for your child to be photographed. Liability Waiver: A signed waiver is required for all participants and must be on file prior to attending the workshop. Food & Drinks: Snacks or drinks will be provided only if stated in the workshop description. Please inform us of any allergies at the time of registration. Cancellations & Refunds: Workshops are non-refundable due to preparation and supply costs. If you are unable to attend, your spot may be transferred to another child with advance notice. If Stay ’n Play cancels a workshop, a full refund or credit will be issued.
