General Guidelines

1. No Food or Drinks in the Play Area

​

For the safety and cleanliness of the gym, food and drinks are not allowed inside the play area. Please enjoy them in the designated eating areas. We have plenty available for purchase and consumption at the desk.

2. Clean Hands Before Playing

​​

To help keep the play area hygienic, please wash or sanitize hands before entering.

3. Socks are Required

​

There are no shoes allowed in the play gym but socks are required at all times.

4. Give Space for Others to Play

​

Be mindful of others and provide them with enough space to play safely and comfortably.

5. No Rough Play

​

Please avoid pushing, shoving, or any rough behavior. Respect others and play safely.

​​

6. Climbing with Caution

​

When using climbing structures, be careful and ensure you are climbing properly. Never push or pull others while climbing.

​

Always be aware of your surroundings.

Policies

General Information:

​

Stay ‘N Play is an indoor play gym area for children to have a safe, clean environment to socialize and play. We offer open play, birthday parties, play parties, and workshops. 
 

Cancellation Policy/Inclement Weather:

​

If Stay ‘N Play closes due to inclement weather or unforeseen circumstances, we will provide a credit for that activity at a later date. If Stay ‘N Play is open and you choose not to come in for any reason, your payment is non-refundable and we will be unable to provide a credit for the missed activity. 

 

Fees:

Please refer to the direct pages to find more information regarding pricing. There is a maximum of 2 adults per admission of a single child, any additional adult pays $10. 

 

Safety:

​

At Stay ‘N Play we do our best to provide a clean, safe play environment for all. Utilizing our facility is at your own risk. We ask that you review our rules and procedures before coming in. We have the rules and procedures posted on the website, as well as throughout the play gym. All are welcome to come and play, however, we do reserve the right to remove patrons that are being unsafe or mistreating our facility. Our waiver must be signed before access can be granted to the play gym. Shoes, strollers, and outside food/drink are not permitted in the gym. Snacks and drinks are available for purchase and can be consumed in the permitted areas. Consenting adults must be at least 18 years old. Adults must be inside and have eyes on the child(ren) at all times.

STAY ‘N PLAY INDOOR PLAY GYM DROP-OFF EVENTS

RULES AND POLICIES

 

  1. Special Waiver. 

Parents/Guardians must sign a special waiver before their child/ren can participate in Kids Night Out or any other Stay ‘N Play drop-off event (the “Event”). This special waiver must be signed in addition to any waiver of liability required in connection with our general services.

 

  1. Who Can Participate?

Each Event is offered on a first-come, first-served basis and is limited to 12 children, ages 3-8. Participants must be fully potty trained and are permitted to bring one 1 security item for comfort.

 

  1. The Event.

The Event may include, but is not limited to, open play time, movie nights, and other fun activities! The duration of each Event will be advertised on our website, but each Event is generally 2-3 hours. Stay ‘N Play may provide pizza and other refreshments during the Event. 

 

  1. Early Termination.

In the event of inclement weather, staffing shortages or any unforeseen circumstances, Stay ‘N Play may, at its discretion, terminate the Event early. Notice of any such early termination will be provided as soon as possible, and Parents/Guardians must promptly return to pick up their children. If a child becomes upset, inconsolable or exhibits behavioral issues at any Event, the Parent/Guardian of that child must promptly pick up the child at our request and there will be no reimbursement or credit for such early termination.

 

  1. Be On Time!

Parents/Guardians must pick-up their child/ren at the conclusion of the Event. Stay ‘N Play reserves the right to disallow future participation in any Event or its general services if a Parent/Guardian fails to pick-up their child/ren on time. There will also be an additional charge of $15 for every additional 5 minutes the child is present after the conclusion of the event before their adult picks them up. 

 

  1. Photo Identification Required. 

A government-issued photo ID must be presented at drop-off and pick-up. Stay ‘N Play will not release a child/children to someone who (1) was not listed on the waiver for pick-up or (2) fails to provide the requested identification. Stay ‘N Play will keep a Parent/Guardian’s child/ren in their care until proper release, and the release of all children from Stay ‘N Play’s care will be documented. 

 

  1. Modifications.

Stay ‘N Play may modify its policies, procedures and operating hours at its discretion.
