Cancellation Policy

Enrollment & Payment: -Full payment is required to reserve your child’s spot in class. -Enrollment is on a first-come, first-served basis. -Spots are limited to maintain a safe and supportive class environment. Attendance: -Consistent attendance is encouraged to help children feel comfortable and benefit from the routine. -Missed classes are non-refundable and cannot be credited toward future sessions unless the class is canceled by Stay ‘n Play. Drop-Off & Pick-Up: -Please arrive on time to support a smooth transition into class. -A parent/guardian must remain on-site during class unless otherwise specified. Health & Safety: -Children who are sick, have a fever, or show symptoms of illness should stay home. -Stay ‘n Play reserves the right to send a child home if they appear unwell. -Proper footwear/socks must be worn according to facility rules. Behavior Expectations: -We aim to create a safe, respectful environment for all children. -If a child’s behavior consistently disrupts class or poses safety concerns, staff will work with families to determine appropriate next steps. Clothing & Personal Items: -Children should wear comfortable play clothes. -Label personal belongings; Stay ‘n Play is not responsible for lost items. Cancellations & Changes: -Stay ‘n Play reserves the right to cancel or reschedule classes due to low enrollment, weather, or unforeseen circumstances. -Families will be notified promptly and offered a makeup option or credit if applicable. Parent Communication: -Open communication is encouraged. Please share any relevant information about your child that may help staff support them.
