​​Our Parties: 

  • Our parties include 2 hours of exclusive use of our facility. Stay ‘N Play will be closed to the public! 

  • Parties must be booked at least 2 weeks in advance. 

  • ● We take care of all the clean up before and after. 

  • ●  Cake cutter and lighter included.

  • ● Your remaining balance is due the day of the party 

  • ● This party is for 10 kids.

  • Max of 20 children with an extra cost of $15 per extra kid

  • 10 socks included

  • Cancellation Policy/Inclement Weather 

  • If Stay ‘N Play closes due to inclement weather or unforeseen circumstances, we will provide a credit for that activity at a later date. If Stay ‘N Play is open and you choose not to come in for any reason, your payment is non-refundable and we will be unable to provide a credit for the missed activity. 

  • You will need to provide 

  • ● Cake and candles

  • ● Goody bags if desired 

  • ● Any decorations or supplies including tablecloths, cutlery, napkins, plates, etc.

  • Alcohol is not permitted. 

  • Food and beverages (optional). We recommend restaurants that are in the same plaza, Fratellis 203-697-9365, Sliders (pickup) 203-793-7858, and Pig Rig 203-265-0765. Please get your food delivered 30 minutes to an hour after the party has started.

  • Overall cost of a private 2 hour party: 

  • ● $175 non-refundable deposit due at registration- this is not to be refunded

  • for any reason. 

  • ● $175 payment due on the day of the party. 

  • ● If you need to reschedule within 48 hours of the party there will be a fee of $50 dollars. 

  • ● An additional hour will be $100 

  • All party guests must wear socks, 10 children's pairs will be included and any additional socks will be $3+ tax each.

  • Party Tips and Rules 

  • ● Waivers and procedures must be completed upon arrival for all children if not done ahead of time. 

  • ● You can come 20 minutes before to set up. 

  • ● Balloons and minimal decorations can be used (not allowed in the gym area). 

  • ● No glitter, confetti, or tape on the walls. 

  •  

  • ● No alcohol, smoking (including vapes or e-cigarettes) 

  • ● Shoes are not permitted in the gym area. All participants must wear socks in the gym area
