Our Parties 

• Our parties include 2 hours of exclusive use of our facility. Stay ‘N Play will be closed to the public! 

 ● We take care of all the clean up before and after. 

● Plates, utensils, cups, tablecloth, napkins, cake cutter, and lighter included.

• Basic party decorations ( happy birthday sign, basic balloon cluster) 

● Your remaining balance is due the day of the party

● This party is for 15 kids including the birthday kid.

• Max of 20 children with an extra cost of $15 per extra kid

• 15 socks included.

• 15 juice boxes included.

• Birthday kid gets a free shirt

 

Cancellation Policy/Inclement Weather 

If Stay ‘N Play closes due to inclement weather or unforeseen circumstances, we will provide a credit for that activity at a later date. If Stay ‘N Play is open and you choose not to come in for any reason, your payment is non-refundable and we will be unable to provide a credit for the missed activity. 

You will need to provide 

● Cake and candles 

● Goody bags if desired 

● Alcohol is not permitted. 

• Food and beverages (optional). We recommend restaurants that are in the same plaza, Fratellis 203-697-9365, Sliders (pickup) 203-793-7858, and Pig Rig 203-265-0765. Please get your food delivered 30 minutes to an hour after the party has started. 

 

Party Time Slots For Weekends 

● 10-12pm 

● 1-3pm

● 4-6pm (additional hour add-on optional for additional cost) 

Pricing 

Overall cost of a private 2 hour party: 

● $225 non-refundable deposit due at registration- this is not to be refunded

for any reason. 

● $225 payment due on the day of the party. 

● If you need to reschedule within 48 hours of the party there will be a fee of $50 dollars. 

● An additional hour will be $100

• All party guests must wear socks, 15 children's pairs will be included and any additional socks will be $3+ tax each. 

• Max of 20 children with an extra cost of $15 per extra kid

 

Party Tips and Rules 

● Waivers and procedures must be completed upon arrival for all children if not done ahead of time. 

● You can come 30 minutes before to set up. 

● Balloons and minimal decorations can be used (not allowed in the gym area). 

● No glitter, confetti, or tape on the walls. 

● No alcohol, smoking (including vapes or e-cigarettes) 

● Shoes are not permitted in the gym area. All participants must wear socks in the gym area.
